Good Corporate Governance is a must for ADHI, and the principles of GCG have been already implemented in planned manner and sustainable. As the result of applying GCG principles started in 2001, ADHI has awarded honor from other external institutions, such as the Government, Banking Authority, Stock Exchange, and Finance. On last 2007, ADHI got score 81.79 from The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG), an independent rating institution.
The principles of GCG applied in ADHI are:
- Creating GCG Manual.
- Set up the committees: Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Risk Management, and Corporate Governance Policy Committee.
- Assigned an External Audit Firm to conduct company audit beside the company Internal Auditor.
- Provide information to public regarding the updated corporate action.
The Foundation of GCG implementation
In order to implement the GCG, the company applies the principles introduced by Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD), National Committee of GCG (KN-GCG), The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG), and also the Decree of Ministry of BUMN No. 117/M-MBU/2002, dated August 1, 2002. Those principles are transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness. ADHI has broken down the GCG principles for further implementation with the usage of GCG Manual and Board Manual.
Performance of GCG Implementation:
2002: The company appointed as Pilot Project in GCG implementation, and was
audited by BPKP with final score 71.749 or in category “enough”.
2004: The company got score 83.5 after following up the recommendation from
previous audit.
2006: The company awarded the First Rank of Non Financial BUMN Listed in
Annual Report Award 2005.
2007: - The company awarded the Third Rank of Non Financial BUMN Listed in
Annual Report Award 2006.
- The company received two categories of GCG Award, as The Most Trusted
Company category with score 81.79 and as The Best Public Company
category based on main line of business in property and real estate sector
from IICG in cooperation with SWA magazine.

Corporate Values
In order to achieve the Vision and Mission, the company has set up a Corporate Strategy 2008-2013, based on Growing from the Core strategy. Meanwhile, the company set up ADHI Values in order to implement the above strategy which will support the spirit to achieve the Great Infrastructure Enterprise. The company values that will be developed in the company are based on the strength of “ADHI” word, which are:
